D’Aprop, located inside the Yurbban Passage hotel, offers a local Catalan contemporary cuisine of proximity led by the gastronomic advisor Xavier Franco, chef with a Michelin star. Deeply rooted in the traditions and customs of the Catalan culinary culture, both its Monday to Friday working lunch and its regular a la carte menu are standing up for quality of the local product in elaborations which emphasize certificates of origin of the used ingredients.
The restaurant also has a design bar serving a wide selection of cocktails and incredible Rooftop on the last floor of the hotel with an outdoor pool and a chill out area where to enjoy a drink with panoramic views of the city. It also counts with a multipurpose design room called the Kitchen Lab where to host private events, workshops and activities from live showcooking activities, cocktail workshops and tastings.
From April 25 from 7pm to pm until the end of September they have live music on the Rooftop and from April 26 every Friday at D’Aprop from 10:30 pm to 12 am.
