Avenida Francesc Ferrer i Guardia, 13 Poble Español

El Tablao de Carmen was conceived as a tribute to the great dancer Carmen Amaya, daughter of Barcelona. Being just a young girl, in 1929, she danced before the King of Spain Alfonso XIII during the Universal Exhibition at the opening of the pavilion that represented Spain, the Spanish Village, in the same place where the Tablao de Carmen is located.

Tablao de Carmen presents flamenco artists of high quality every night and a genuine flamenco show in an original and beautiful venue, decorated in the style of an “Andalusian corrala”.
